全自动DAL Series Automatic yeast Donut Production Line
Our DAL series donut line is utilized to make yeast-raised donuts with least manual efforts and utmost outputs or results. The donuts are mechanically cut straight onto the proofing table with trays. The trays are then mechanically passed all the way through the automatically managed proofer. Then the proofed donuts are passed to the frying unit. The proofer are at a velocity harmonized to the fryer, glazer and cooling conveyor sections, making certain of high or superior donut quality. If the competence is larger than 2400pcs, the line will be provided with rolling cutter as a substitute of extruder for shaping the donuts.
